I have not updated much here since last summer, for that there are several reasons. But the biggest news right now is that at long last I am going to pick up my Hekla. After considerable delay the quarantine station in Hrisey Island is at last opening up. I'm going on the 3rd of January, and will be travelling home with Hekla on the 7th of January. Here is a new picture of my sweet little girl.
